Diakatou

Meaning in Fulani language : “eggplant”. The diakatou is a wild African eggplant, smaller than the European eggplant. A slightly bitter, sweet, tender fruit covered with a shiny skin that ranges in colour from white, to red, yellow, green, or purple, depending on the variety.
